I am a guitarist, songwriter and instructor.

Even though I’ve had at least one guitar by my side since I was 13 years old, my learning journey didn’t really start until I was an adult. Truth be told, I didn’t really know how to learn at the time.

The way in which I learn about guitar and music today is through private lessons, workshops, I’ve also learned a lot through playing with others and from teaching private lessons. I have been a private guitar instructor since 2019.

My story is one about overcoming trauma and developing skills. I am invested in understanding more in depth how our nervous system works, learning how to self regulate, strengthening my resilience and rewiring from limiting beliefs. It’s been an intense journey but I am truly grateful to be where I am today enjoying a more flowy state of being.

I am inclined to jazz, funk, rock, world, Latin American music and songwriting.

I recorded an instrumental album in 2016. An independent self published guitar duo collaboration led by Brazilian guitarist Eliane Delage containing some standards and originals.
